Service of Subpoenas, Garnishments, and Other Information Requests
Subpoenas, garnishments, and other legal requests seeking information from SoFi Technologies, Inc., SoFi Bank, National Association, or any other subsidiary or related SoFi entity (collectively, “SoFi”) should be served upon:

You may also serve SoFi through its registered agent for service of process in other states where a registered agent is specifically authorized to accept legal process on SoFi’s behalf.

The above email is only for service of third-party subpoenas, garnishments, and other legal information requests, and service sent to [email protected] of any legal complaints or subpoenas where SoFi is a party will be considered invalid.
SoFi will use best efforts to respond to your request by the requested response date. However, please be advised that subpoena fulfillment may take up to sixty (60) days after receipt. Mail delays may also extend processing time. The fastest way to serve SoFi is via CSC or [email protected]. More time may be needed if extensive information is sought or if insufficient information is provided.
