The SoFi Securities LLC (“SoFi”) Invest Multi-Account $5 Bonus (the “Bonus” or “Offer”) is available to eligible members who have one existing SoFi Invest Self-Directed Brokerage Account (Margin Account) and open and fund a second SoFi Invest Self-Directed Brokerage Account (Cash Account) during the Offer Period.

Offer
SoFi will provide a $5 cash bonus to eligible members who open a SoFi Invest Self-Directed Cash Brokerage Account and fund it with at least $1 during the Offer Period. The Bonus will be deposited as $5 in cash into the member’s eligible account 30 days after the member initiates funding. The member may then use the Bonus to invest in a stock of their choice.
Offer Period
The Offer Period will be open for 48 hours and begins on September 16, 2026 at 12pm ET/9am PT, and ends on September 18, 2026 at 12pm ET/9am PT. SoFi may modify, suspend, or terminate the Offer at any time without advance notice.
Eligibility
The Offer is available solely to SoFi members who, during the Offer Period:
Members may open up to four (4) SoFi Invest Self-Directed Brokerage Accounts in total; however, only the second Self-Directed Brokerage account opened and funded during the Offer Period qualifies for the Bonus. Members who previously opened a SoFi Invest Self-Directed Cash Brokerage Account before the start of the Offer Period are not eligible for the Offer.
The Offer is available to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States, Puerto Rico, and the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older, or the age of legal majority in their state of residence.
Funding Requirement
To receive the Bonus, the member’s SoFi Invest Self-Directed Cash Brokerage Account must be funded with at least a $1 instant cash transfer from a SoFi Bank account or an ACH deposit. The deposit must be initiated before the end of the Offer Period to be eligible for the Bonus. Funds may take 1–5 business days to settle after a transfer is initiated.
For the avoidance of doubt, Eligible Deposits exclude internal transfers between SoFi Invest accounts, Automated Customer Account Transfers (ACATs), securities transfers, interest, dividends, fee reversals, promotional credits, and other non-cash credits.
Payment
The $5 Bonus will be deposited as cash in the member’s eligible SoFi Invest Self-Directed Cash Brokerage Account 30 days after the Offer End Date.
The member’s SoFi Invest account must be in good standing at the time of payout to receive the Bonus.
Limitations
The Offer is limited to one (1) Bonus per member and applies only to the member’s newly opened SoFi Invest Self-Directed Cash Brokerage Account.
Fraud and Violations
Fraud and Violations: SoFi reserves the right to decline, rescind, or delay granting the Bonus if fraudulent activity or violations of these Terms are suspected. SoFi reserves the right to recover any Bonus amounts paid in error or as a result of fraud or misrepresentation.
Not a Recommendation
This Offer is not a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any security, nor a recommendation or endorsement of any investment strategy or account type. Taxes
The Bonus may be treated as miscellaneous income for tax purposes. Recipient is responsible for any applicable federal, state, or local taxes associated with receiving the Offer; consult with your tax advisor to determine applicable tax consequences. Each investor’s tax situation is unique, and SoFi does not provide tax advice.
Disclosures
SoFi reserves the right to change or terminate the Offer at any time without notice. The Offer is not transferable, saleable, or valid in conjunction with other offers unless expressly permitted, and is available to residents of the U.S. and Puerto Rico for personal, non-commercial use only. Participation in this Offer constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions. Promotion void where prohibited.
Short Disclosure
