The SoFi Invest Referral Program – Limited-Time Offer (the “Invest Referral LTO”) allows eligible members to refer others to open a new SoFi Invest Self-Directed Account offered by SoFi Securities LLC.

To qualify as an Eligible Invest Referrer, you must:
(1) have a Self-Directed Invest Account offered by SoFi Securities LLC or an Automated Invest account offered by SoFi Wealth LLC that is funded; and
(2) when the Eligible Invest Recipient enrolls in the Promotional Offer, you must:

• have at least $100 in combined assets across your eligible SoFi Invest accounts (including all active SoFi Self-Directed Invest Accounts, SoFi Automated Invest Accounts and SoFi Invest Self-Directed IRA Accounts); or
• have an Eligible Direct Deposit established with a SoFi Checking and Savings account (as defined below).

For existing SoFi members, enrollment occurs when they log in through your unique referral link. For new SoFi members, enrollment occurs when they open a new SoFi Invest Self-Directed Account through your unique referral link.

Employees of Social Finance, LLC and its affiliates are not eligible to receive referral bonuses under the SoFi Invest Referral Program.

Eligible Invest Referrers are encouraged to refer friends, colleagues, family members, and anyone else they believe may be interested in opening a SoFi Invest Self-Directed Account (the “Eligible Invest Recipient”). Eligible Invest Referrers will not receive a referral bonus unless the referred individual opens a new SoFi Invest Self-Directed Account during the Promotion Period. Referral bonuses are not available for referrals to open a SoFi Automated Invest Account or a SoFi Invest Self-Directed IRA Account. SoFi Securities LLC, or its designee (collectively, “SoFi Securities”), reserves the right to disqualify anyone from participation in the Invest Referral Program at any time.

Under the Invest Referral Program, Eligible Invest Referrers must share their unique referral link with an Eligible Invest Recipient they wish to refer.

To earn bonuses, the Eligible Invest Recipient must:
(1) open a new SoFi Invest Self-Directed Account using the Eligible Invest Referrer’s unique referral link;
(2) fund the new account with a minimum deposit of $25.00; and
(3) complete both steps (1) and (2) within 90 calendar days after enrolling in the Promotional Offer and meet any additional terms and conditions that may apply to this Promotional Offer.

If you are an existing SoFi member, you enroll in the Promotional Offer when you log in through the Eligible Invest Referrer’s unique referral link. If you are a new SoFi member, you enroll in the Promotional Offer when you open a new SoFi Invest Self-Directed Account through the Eligible Invest Referrer’s unique referral link.

When these conditions are met, SoFi Securities LLC will:
(a) credit the Eligible Invest Referrer’s Self-Directed Invest account or Automated Invest account with a $75 cash bonus (the “Invest Referral Bonus”) if the Eligible Invest Referrer satisfies the eligibility requirements described above at the time the Eligible Invest Recipient enrolls in the Promotional Offer;
(b) otherwise, credit the Eligible Invest Referrer’s Self-Directed Invest Account or Automated Invest Account with a $50 cash bonus; and
(c) credit the new SoFi Invest Self-Directed Account of the Eligible Invest Recipient with a $25 stock bonus (the “Invest Welcome Bonus”).

Only one cash bonus ($75 or $50, as applicable) and one $25 stock bonus will be awarded for each referred Eligible Invest Recipient. An Eligible Invest Referrer will not earn a referral cash bonus if the Eligible Invest Recipient has or previously had a SoFi Invest account at the time they enroll in the Promotional Offer, or does not use the unique referral link provided by the Eligible Invest Referrer.

We cannot disclose to you any information about new SoFi Invest Self-Directed Invest Accounts opened by any Eligible Invest Recipients you refer. By sending a referral link, you agree that you have express consent to send the recipient promotional messages about SoFi’s products and services.

Eligible Direct Deposit means a recurring ACH deposit of regular income (such as payroll, pension, or government benefits, including Social Security) made to your SoFi Checking and Savings account by your employer, payroll provider, benefits provider, or a government agency. Deposits that are not from one of these sources or that are non-recurring in nature (such as IRS tax refunds) do not qualify. Examples of ineligible deposits include check deposits, peer-to-peer (P2P) transfers (e.g., PayPal, Venmo, Wise, Zelle), merchant transactions (e.g., PayPal, Stripe, Square), ACH transfers from external bank accounts, and wire transfers. There is no minimum Eligible Direct Deposit amount required. SoFi Bank, in its sole discretion, will assess Eligible Direct Deposit activity and may require additional documentation to verify eligibility.

Although we do our best to recognize all Eligible Direct Deposits, a small number of employers, payroll providers, benefits providers, or government agencies do not designate payments as direct deposits. If an Eligible Invest Referrer has satisfied the Eligible Direct Deposit requirements but has not received the correct referral cash bonus, please contact us at 855-456-7634 with the details of your initial Eligible Direct Deposit. After SoFi validates the details of the Eligible Direct Deposit, the Eligible Invest Referrer’s correct referral cash bonus will be paid.
