I don’t recognize a Zelle®️️ transaction. How do I report it?

If you notice any suspicious Zelle®️️ activity that you did not authorize on your SoFi account, immediately contact SoFi Bank at 1‐855‐456‐7634 or via SoFi chat. Our member support team will work with you to report the activity. We strongly encourage you to log into your SoFi account regularly to review your transaction activity and immediately alert us about any transactions you don’t recognize.
