What kind of documents and information do I need to provide in order to apply?

In order to apply for term life insurance through Ladder, you’ll want to have some information on hand to help with the process, including your annual income, net worth, and existing life insurance coverage. You’ll also need your official identification (e.g., social security number and a driver’s license), the name and contact information of your primary physician, and current and past medical information for you and your family.
