First Republic Bank is now part of JPMorgan Chase, and in order to provide the best experience for your Personal Line of Credit, JPMorgan Chase has decided to integrate with SoFi for your PLOC servicing needs.
Where do I make payments?
At this time, payments should continue to be made through First Republic Bank. Communication will be sent in the near future detailing when payments can start being made through SoFi. In the meantime, please create a SoFi Servicing account to view your Personal Line of Credit which can be done at https://sofi.loanpro.software/
What if I have questions about my loan between February & March 2024?
First Republic Bank and SoFi are working together to ensure you have the best experience. It’s best to continue calling First Republic Bank on any detailed questions about your loan.
You can contact them at (888) 408-0288. Their Hours of Operation include:
Mon-Fri: 4 a.m. to 10 p.m. PT
Sat: 6 a.m. to 8 p.m. PT
Sun: 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. PT
When can I begin making payments on SoFi?
Starting March 18th, SoFi will be the new servicer of your PLOC and you will be able to start making payments on SoFi’s PLOC servicing portal.https://sofi.loanpro.software/
Your autopay will transfer over to SoFi so there is no action at this point. In March, we will ask you to verify that the details on your account look accurate.
I am an existing SoFi member who also has a PLOC, why can’t I see my PLOC on SoFi.com?
At this time, your PLOC is not part of your regular SoFi account, so you will need to create a SoFi Servicing account. It is our goal to migrate your PLOC information over to SoFi.com in the near future.
What will happen if I do not create an account for PLOC Servicing?
Not creating a SoFi Servicing account could cause issues with your loan. It will be important to review your loan on the SoFi Servicing platform to ensure the account looks accurate and that autopay continues to be set up.
I have autopay, will I still see FRB on my bank statement
Until the transition happens, you will see FRB on your bank statement. After March 2024, SoFi will begin drawing from your bank account, and you will see SoFi Bank, N.A., Personal Line of Credit on your statements.
We want to ensure your transition to SoFi is seamless.
Ask us anything—our service team is available Monday–Friday from 7am–7pm PST.
