How soon will my SoFi Credit Card balance be updated after my payment has been processed?

Credit Card payments made from your SoFi Bank or SoFi Money account will instantly increase your available credit on your Credit Card (except for auto pay payments & IVR payments), instantly debit your Bank or Money account, and create a payment transaction on your Credit Card account.

If payment is made before 5:00 PM ET, Sun-Fri » it will post the same night and balance will reflect change.

If payment is made after 5:00 PM ET, Sat-Thurs » it will post the next night and balance will reflect change.

If payment is made after 5:00 PM ET, Fri » It will post Sunday night and balance will reflect change.

Please note, for external bank account payments, it may take up to 7 business days for the available credit to update on your account after the payment posts. Payments will debit from the source account within 1-3 business days from payment posting.

How do I cancel a payment I made towards my SoFi Credit Card?

If payment is made from a non-SoFi account, you can cancel the payment up until 5:00 PM ET on the date the payment is scheduled to be made. Instant payments made from SoFi Money/Bank accounts can’t be canceled. Auto pay can only be canceled if the request is before 5 PM ET the day before the payment date. Please call 844-945-7634.
