How do I cancel SoFi Plus?
If you’re making an eligible direct deposit every 31 days, you’re getting SoFi Plus for $0. If you still wish to cancel your SoFi Plus membership, remove or stop your direct deposit through your employer’s HR portal. Once your direct deposit access expires (this can take up to 75 days), we’ll email you to confirm your membership has ended. You’ll then lose access to all of your SoFi Plus benefits.
If you’re making qualifying deposits of $5,000 or more every 31 days, you’re getting SoFi Plus for $0. If you still wish to cancel your SoFi Plus membership, deposit less than $5,000 every 31 days into your SoFi Checking & Savings account. Once your current SoFi Plus access expires, we’ll email you to confirm your membership has ended. You’ll then lose access to all of your SoFi Plus benefits.
If you’re paying for SoFi Plus and want to cancel, log in to your SoFi account in the app or on the website.
• On the app: Tap the Plus icon at the top of your Home page > ⚙️ or go to your Profile icon > Membership & Rewards > ⚙️. If you cancel within your billing cycle, you’ll keep your benefits until it ends.
• On the website: Log in in to your SoFi account and click on the Profile icon in the top right corner and select Membership & Rewards. From there, navigate to Manage your Membership on the left hand side of the screen and follow the steps on the screen to cancel your account.
