How can I stop marketing materials (direct mailers) from coming to my house?

If you would like to opt-out of our marketing material (direct mailers), please go to https://www.sofi.com/optout and fill out the form. It will take 2-3 cycles before the removal of your name is in full effect, this is due to pre-printed materials. You may also select your sharing options through the SoFi app.

Why do I see a soft inquiry from SoFi on my credit report? I don’t have an active profile or account with you.

A soft credit pull may be used for marketing to potential consumers. Soft credit pulls will appear on your credit report but have no effect on your credit score. If you don’t want institutions like us to be able to pull soft credit for marketing purposes, you can either contact the credit bureau(s) directly to opt-out, or you can opt-out with all bureaus at once at https://www.optoutprescreen.com/. This will opt you out from not only SoFi but other institutions.

Does SoFi Credit Card have a foreign transaction fee?

No. We want to make things simple for our members, so we have no foreign transaction fees! Refer to the terms and conditions in your cardholder agreement for any fees applicable to your account. Your cardholder agreement can be found in your mobile application through the credit card tab by tapping the three dots at the top of your screen > “Documents”. It is also available on SoFi.com.
