*The following terms and conditions govern your participation in the SoFi Crypto Bitcoin Pizza Party Promotion during the Promotion Period (as defined below).

PROMOTION PERIOD:

May 22, 2026, at 12:00 a.m. ET and ends on June 13, 2026, at 11:59 p.m. ET

ELIGIBILITY:

This Promotion is open to eligible participants who are new SoFi Crypto members only. New SoFi Crypto members are defined as

1. Has not previously opened and does not have a SoFi Crypto account; and
2. A legal resident of the 50 United States (and the District of Columbia), who is at least 18 years of age.

Employees of Social Finance, LLC (“SoFi”), its subsidiaries, and affiliates are not eligible.

QUALIFYING ACTIONS:

To qualify and receive an equal Bitcoin (BTC) slice award of the Pizza Party Promo Prize Pool, an eligible Participant must:

1. Successfully open a SoFi Crypto account during the Promotion Period.
2. If the Participant does not successfully complete the SoFi Crypto account opening and onboarding process within the promotion period, no award will be granted.
3. The Participant’s SoFi Crypto account must be successfully opened and in good standing at the time the award is credited. Accounts that are restricted, suspended, closed, or pending closure at the time of payout are not eligible for the bonus.

PIZZA PARTY PROMO AWARD CALCULATION (THE “SLICE”):

The total Prize Pool for this Promotion is $300,000 USD payable in Bitcoin.

1. BTC Slice Award – Each eligible Participant will receive an equal “slice” of the BTC Pizza Party Prize Pool.
2. Slice Calculation – The individual award amount will be calculated by dividing the total $300,000 USD Prize Pool by the total number of eligible Participants who completed the Qualifying Actions during the Promotion Period.
3. Market Price – The per-participant Slice award amount will be converted into Bitcoin (BTC) based on the market price of Bitcoin (BTC) at 12:00 AM ET on the Monday immediately following the promo period end, June 15, 2026.
4. Payout Method – The Slice promo award will be paid in Bitcoin (BTC) and credited directly to each eligible Participant’s SoFi Crypto account.
5. Payout Timing – The Slice promo award will be credited to the Participant’s account within 10-15 business days following the close of the Pizza Party Promo promotion.

ADDITIONAL IMPORTANT TERMS:

Participation constitutes acceptance of the Official Rules.

• Bitcoin is a volatile asset. The USD value of any BTC awards are subject to market risk, may fluctuate significantly before and after the promotional bonus is credited, and may lose value. SoFi makes no representations or guarantees regarding the future value of any BTC awarded.
• BTC rewards are subject to market risk and may lose value.
• Bonuses are considered miscellaneous income and may be reportable to the IRS on Form 1099-MISC.
• Promotion is non-transferable and limited to one per account.
• SoFi reserves the right to exclude any members from participating in this Promotion for any reason, such as suspected fraud, misuse, or suspicious activity.
