1. Eligibility

• This promotion is open to members who are enrolled in SoFi Plus during the period between November 1, 2025 and December 5, 2025. Entrants must be enrolled in SoFi Plus at the time of entry to be eligible. Members can enroll in SoFi Plus either by paying the SoFi Plus Subscription Fee, by receiving an Eligible Direct Deposit, or by receiving $5,000 in Qualifying Deposits into their SoFi Checking or Savings account. • Entrants must be legal residents of the 50 United States or the District of Columbia who are at least eighteen (18) years of age or older as of the time of entry.

• Employees of Social Finance, LLC (“SoFi”), its parent company, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, their immediate family members, and those living in the same household are not eligible. For purposes of this promotion, immediate family members are defined as spouse, partner, parents, legal guardians, in-laws, grandparents, siblings, children and grandchildren and their respective spouses, and those living in the same household shall mean people who share the same residence at least three (3) months a year, whether legally related or not.

• No purchase necessary to enter or win. Void where prohibited or restricted by law, rule, or regulation.

• All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. By participating in this promotion, you unconditionally accept and agree to comply with and abide by these “Official Rules” and the decisions of SoFi, including the interpretation of these Official Rules, administration of the promotion, selection of the winners, and SoFi’s exercise of discretion, which will be final, non-appealable, and binding in all respects.

2. Entry Period

• The entry period begins on November 13, 2025 at 12:00 p.m. PT and ends on December 5, 2025 at 11:59 p.m. PT, or when all prizes have been awarded, whichever occurs first.

Entries submitted before November 13, 2025 at 12:00 p.m. PT or after the end date will not be accepted.

3. How to Enter

• Eligible SoFi Plus members must complete the official entry form shared via email and available on the SoFi Plus Experience landing page during the Entry Period. The form must include:

– Entrant’s First and Last Name

– Entrant’s email address associated with their SoFi Plus account

– Confirmation that entrant is able to attend the Chicago Bulls vs. Indiana Pacers basketball game at the United Center in Chicago, Illinois on December 5, 2025

– Acknowledgement that travel and accommodations are not included

• Limit: One (1) entry per SoFi Plus member. Multiple entries by the same member will result in disqualification from this promotion.

4. Prizes

• A total of ten (10) prizes are available. Each prize consists of two (2) tickets and one (1) parking pass to the Chicago Bulls vs. Indiana Pacers basketball game on December 5, 2025 at the United Center in Chicago, Illinois.

• If the game is postponed, rescheduled, or cancelled for any reason beyond SoFi’s control, SoFi shall have no obligation to award a substitute prize or provide compensation. SoFi reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to provide an alternate prize of equal or greater value.

• Travel, lodging, and all other expenses are the sole responsibility of the winner.

• Tickets are non-transferable, with no cash redemptions, equivalents, or substitutions except at SoFi’s sole and absolute discretion.

5. Winner Selection and Notification

• The prizes will be awarded strictly on a first-come, first-served basis.

• The first ten (10) eligible SoFi Plus members who complete and submit the entry form during the Entry Period will be selected as winners, subject to SoFi’s confirmation of eligibility.

• Once ten (10) prizes have been awarded, the offer will be closed and no additional entries will be accepted.

• Selected winners will be notified by email at the address provided in their entry form.

• Winners must complete all required terms & conditions and waiver forms within the specified timeframe (to be provided in the winner notification email).

• If a selected winner declines the prize, fails to respond, or does not complete the required terms, conditions, and waivers within the specified timeframe (communicated in the initial winner notification email), the prize will be forfeited and SoFi may award the prize to the next eligible entrant in order of submission.

• If a selected winner is a resident of Alabama or Nebraska and under the age of nineteen (19), a parent or legal guardian may also be required to sign the declaration in order for the winner to be qualified to receive the prize.

6. General Conditions

No cash or other substitution of prizes is permitted, except by SoFi in its sole discretion if the prize becomes unavailable.

• Prizes may not be transferred or resold.

• SoFi reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the promotion for any reason, including if fraud, technical failures, human error, or any other factor impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the promotion, as determined by SoFi in its sole discretion.

• SoFi is not responsible for: (a) late, lost, misdirected, undeliverable, or incomplete entries; (b) any technical, hardware, software, telephone, or other communications failures of any kind; (c) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process or the promotion; or (d) any injury or damage to persons or property that may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from participation in the promotion or receipt or use of a prize.

• By participating, entrants agree to abide by these Official Rules and to the decisions of SoFi, which are final and binding in all respects. These Official Rules shall be governed by the laws of the State of California without regard to conflict-of-law principles, and any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in San Francisco County, California. If any provision of these Official Rules is held invalid or unenforceable, all remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

7. Publicity

• Except where prohibited by law, participation in the promotion constitutes the winner’s consent to SoFi and its designees’ use of the winner’s name, likeness, city and state of residence, and entry information for advertising, promotional, and other purposes, in any media now known or hereafter devised, worldwide and in perpetuity, without additional compensation, notification, or permission.

8. Release

• By entering, each participant agrees to release, indemnify, and hold harmless SoFi, its parent, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and each of their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives, and agents (the “Released Parties”) from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or in any way connected with: (a) participation in this promotion; (b) any technical malfunctions, interruptions, or errors of any kind; (c) the acceptance, receipt, use, or misuse of any prize; or (d) any activity related to the promotion. Entrants agree that in any cause of action, the Released Parties’ liability shall be limited to the cost of entering and participating in the promotion, and in no event shall entrants be entitled to recover or claim punitive, consequential, incidental, or special damages, or any other damages, including attorneys’ fees.

9. Tax Reporting

• Tickets may be considered income and may be reportable on IRS Form 1099-INT, 1099-MISC, or Form 1042-S as applicable. SoFi is required to do this reporting in compliance with applicable federal and state reporting requirements. Recipient is responsible for any applicable federal, state, or local taxes associated with receiving the tickets; consult with your tax advisor to determine applicable tax consequences.
