How are SoFi Plus benefits different from direct deposit benefits?

In addition to direct deposit unlocking all SoFi Plus benefits for free, you’ll also get access to these banking benefits:

•  Up to $50 in no-fee overdraft coverage (with eligible direct deposit of at least $1,000)

•  Early access to your paycheck (up to 2 days early)

•  Direct deposit welcome bonus (only for your first eligible direct deposit)

If you’re paying for SoFi Plus and an eligible direct deposit comes through, we’ll stop charging the SoFi Plus subscription fee, and you’ll get SoFi Plus benefits for 31 days for $0. You’ll continue to access SoFi Plus benefits for free as long as you keep your eligible direct deposit active. We’ll also prorate a refund for any unused days from your last payment. The refund will be credited to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
