I just set up direct deposit, but don’t have SoFi Plus. Why not?

It can take 2-5 weeks for your first eligible direct deposit to hit your account. Once it’s in, you’ll get SoFi Plus automatically and you’ll receive an alert atop your Home page. If it’s been over a month, check with your employer to make sure everything’s set up correctly, or log in and chat with us. We can help.
