    Anthony is the CEO of SoFi and serves on its board of directors. Before joining SoFi, he served as chief operating officer of Twitter since November 2016, and as its chief financial officer when joining the company in July 2014. Prior to Twitter, Anthony served for almost four years as co-head of global TMT investment banking at Goldman Sachs. He joined Goldman Sachs in 1999, was named partner in 2004, and served as the head of communications media and Internet equity research. Before returning to Goldman, Anthony spent almost three years as chief financial officer of the National Football League.

    A graduate of the U.S. Military Academy, Anthony also holds a masters of business administration from the University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton School.

    Anna Avalos

    Chief People Officer

    Anna is SoFi’s Chief People Officer, responsible for the company’s total talent strategy. Her career spans large, global organizations with fast-paced growth environments, and she has a breadth of experience building teams and business. Prior to SoFi, Anna led HR for Tesla’s EMEA region. She previously spent 14 years at Stryker, where she began her career in product operations and business unit leadership before she transitioned into several HR functions.

    Anna holds a BA in Communications and an MBA from the University of Arizona.

    Kelli Keough

    EVP, Group Business Unit Leader for Spend, Invest, Protect and Save

    Kelli Keough joins SoFi as the EVP, Group Business Unit Leader for Spend, Invest, Protect and Save. She will be based in NYC, reporting to Anthony Noto.

    Kelli joins SoFi from J.P. Morgan Chase, where she led the launch of J.P. Morgan’s Self-Directed brokerage channel and automated investing platform and product teams. She also led the launch of J.P. Morgan’s U.S. and international digital investing and private banking platforms. She was a Director of the JPMorgan Securities, LLC Board (broker/dealer), and she was the Executive Sponsor for JPMWM Women on the Move and the lead for Diversity, Equity and Inclusion.

    Before joining J.P. Morgan in 2015, Kelli was a Senior Vice President at Charles Schwab, where she led the business and client experience, digital platforms and education for Schwab’s active trading, self-directed and global trading clients. She was also responsible for Schwab’s OptionsXpress subsidiary, a leading retail derivatives firm, sat on the Charles Schwab Retail Leadership Team, and was responsible for the Austin location. Prior to this role, Kelli served as Chief Marketing Officer at CyberTrader, where she led the merger of CyberTrader into Schwab.

    Before coming to Schwab, Kelli worked with a variety of startup and financial service companies. Kelli was a professor of Psychology at the University of Texas at Austin before starting her 25-year career in financial services.

    Kelli is currently a Director on the board of Commonwealth, a nonprofit focused on improving financial wellness and opportunities for underrepresented groups, as well as on the Strategic Advisory Board of FTV Capital.

    After growing up in Northern Idaho, Kelli received her bachelor’s degree with honors from Yale, and her master’s and doctorate degrees in Social Psychology from Stanford. Kelli currently lives in Westchester County, New York. In her free time, she can be found on the lake boating, waterskiing and paddle boarding with her husband, daughter and son and Australian Shepherd.

    Chris Lapointe is SoFi’s CFO. He joined from Uber Technologies where he was the Global Head of FP&A, Corporate Finance and FinTech. Prior to Uber, Chris was Vice President of TMT Investment Banking at Goldman Sachs.

    Chris holds an MBA from the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth College and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Math and Economics From Dartmouth College.

    General Counsel

    Rob is responsible for managing all legal affairs for SoFi and its affiliate entities. Prior to joining SoFi, he served as a Principal in the Education and Litigation practice groups of the Washington, DC law firm of Powers Pyles Sutter & Verville (PPSV) where he represented financial institutions and post-secondary institutions on a wide variety of regulatory, litigation and transactional matters. Prior to PPSV, Rob served as General Counsel to Sallie Mae, a Fortune 300 company and the largest provider of education finance. Before his 16 year career with Sallie Mae, Rob served as a Partner in the Washington D.C. law firm of Cole Corette & Abrutyn specializing in corporate and securities litigation. He was named a top Washington D.C. corporate counsel in 2015.

    Rob holds a J.D. from Georgetown University Law Center and a B.A from the University of Pennsylvania.

    Arun Pinto is SoFi’s Chief Risk Officer. Before joining SoFi, Arun was Chief Risk Officer of Consumer, Small and Business Banking division at Wells Fargo. Prior to his most recent role, Arun held several management roles throughout his career, including Chief Risk Officer at JP Morgan Chase, where he was CRO of the auto business and CRO for Mortgage Servicing and Capital Markets. He also worked at Bank of America in a number of second line risk executive roles including leading risk oversight of the Mass Affluent Strategy and leading Consumer and Quantitative Analytics.

    Arun earned his bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of California at Berkeley. He is married with 2 children and based in New York City.

    Chief Technology Officer

    Jeremy is SoFi’s Chief Technology Officer. In his role, Jeremy oversees SoFi’s technology strategy and architecture, and the company’s investment in emerging technology and data areas. He’s also responsible for ensuring company-wide collaboration on areas of common technology needs, technology strategy, architecture, infrastructure, and emerging technology opportunities.

    Jeremy holds bachelor’s degrees in computer science and philosophy from Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) and an MBA from MIT’s Sloan School of Management.

    SVP of Corporate Development & Strategic Partnerships

    Bill Tanona serves as Senior Vice President of Corporate Development & Strategic Partnerships, providing planning, advisory and execution leadership on mergers and acquisitions, strategic investments and joint ventures. Prior to SoFi, Bill was the President, CFO and Treasurer of GSV Capital Corp, a late-stage publicly traded venture capital fund. Prior to joining GSV, Bill spent nearly two decades at J.P. Morgan, Goldman Sachs, UBS and Fortress Investment Group.

    Bill received a BS in Accounting from Villanova University and is a CFA charterholder.

    As Chief Marketing Officer, Lauren oversees SoFi’s brand and advertising initiatives. She joined SoFi from Intuit, where she led global corporate marketing, spearheading the delivery of the company’s first corporate brand strategy and campaign. Prior to Intuit, Lauren held marketing leadership positions at Procter & Gamble, achieving impressive results leading a number of household brands at different stages of growth and innovation.

    Lauren holds a bachelor’s degree in Finance from The Ohio State University Fisher College of Business.

    Katie is SoFi’s EVP & Group Business Unit Leader for the Member Business Unit. Prior to joining SoFi, she was the General Manager of Blockchain.com’s Wallet. Before Blockchain.com, she was a General Manager on Twitter’s live video business, and led Twitter’s Consumer Product and Strategic Partnerships function. Previously, Katie spent over 5 years at American Express, including working on the Amex mobile app, and consulted with the Boston Consulting Group. She started her career at Lehman Brothers in Sales and Trading, focusing on Interest Rate derivatives.

    Katie holds an MBA from Duke Business School, and a Bachelor of Science degree from Cornell University.

    Derek White

    Chief Executive Officer, Galileo Financial Technologies

    Technology and innovation leader Derek White brings to Galileo and its clients more than 20 years experience building and transforming financial services.

    He was appointed Galileo CEO on June 1, 2021, only the second CEO in Galileo’s 20+-year history. He succeeded Galileo founder and fintech visionary Clay Wilkes, who now serves as the company’s vice chair.

    Prior to joining Galileo, Derek was vice president of Global Financial Services at Google Cloud, responsible for partnering with banks, insurance companies, fintechs and other financial services entities to redefine their core business units and transition to leading-edge, digital-first operations.

    Earlier in his career, he was vice chair and chief digital officer for U.S. Bank, global head of client solutions for BBVA and chief design and digital officer at Barclays. He also served as the technology ambassador for London, actively promoting the U.K. market as a fintech capital.

    Derek holds an MBA from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and a bachelor’s degree from Utah State University. He lives in Utah with his wife and their four children.

Tom Hutton

Manages his own firm, Thompson Hutton LLC, which invests in venture capital and private equity transactions focused on financial services and associated information technology. Former CEO of White Mountains Re Group and has served as Board member of four major companies, including three public companies. Tom received an MBA with Distinction from Harvard Business School as well as an MS in Mechanical Engineering and BA in Economics from Stanford University.

Steven Freiberg

Vice Chairman

Steven Freiberg is a long term veteran of the financial services sector, having held multiple positions at Citigroup (NYSE:C) over a 30 year period including serving as the Co-Chairman and CEO of Citigroup’s Global Consumer Group, and most recently as the CEO of E*TRADE Financial Corporation (NASDAQ:ETFC) where he led the company back to profitability in the aftermath of the 2008 financial crisis. He is the founder of Grand Vista Partners, the Freiberg Family Investment Office, a Board member of Fair Square Financial, MasterCard (NYSE:MA), OANDA, Purchasing Power, and Regional Management (NYSE:RM), and a senior advisor to several companies including The Boston Consulting Group and Verisk Analytics (NASDAQ:VRSK). Freiberg holds a BS in Finance as well as an MBA in Finance from Hofstra University.

Ahmed Al-Hammadi

Board Member

Ahmed is the Head of Active Investments department for the Qatar Investment Authority. He oversees QIA’s direct sector teams as well as fund investments in the Equity, Fixed Income, Hedge Funds, Private Equity and Real Estate asset classes. Prior to joining QIA, Ahmed worked at EFG-Hermes a regional asset manager and before that at consulting firm Booz & Co. advising financial services clients on strategy, private equity investment opportunities, and organization structures. Ahmed is a graduate of the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and has obtained his MBA from the Harvard Business School.

Ruzwana Bashir

Ruzwana Bashir is CEO and Founder of Peek.com, building Shopify for experiences. Peek.com combines an award-winning marketplace for consumers with powerful booking/payment tools for businesses (Peek Pro). Peek.com has had over $2 billion in bookings and raised $50 million in funding from investors such as Eric Schmidt and Jack Dorsey. Forbes named the company “America’s next travel unicorn”. Ruzwana is also an angel investor and Scout for Sequoia Capital, investing in companies such as Clubhouse and Living Carbon. Ruzwana has been named one of Fortune’s Most Powerful Women Entrepreneurs, Fast Company’s 100 Most Creative People in Business and was a Finalist for E&Y’s Entrepreneur of the Year. She is a Young Global Leader for the World Economic Forum and previously worked at Goldman Sachs and Blackstone. She has an MBA from Harvard Business School, where she was a Fulbright Scholar, and a BA from Oxford University where she was President of the Oxford Union.

Mike Bingle

Mike Bingle is Vice Chairman of Silver Lake. He currently serves on the Board of Directors of Achievers, Blackhawk Network Holdings, Inc., Fanatics, and SolarWinds. Bingle has been a private equity investor for over 20 years, and he has invested in numerous financial technology companies, including having served as a Director of: TD Ameritrade (NYSE: AMTD), Credit Karma, Inc., Datek Online Holdings, Inc., Interactive Data Corporation, IPC Systems, Instinet, Mercury Payment Systems, and Virtu Financial (NASDAQ: VIRT). Prior to joining Silver Lake, Bingle was a principal at Apollo Management; he also worked in the Investment Banking Division of Goldman, Sachs & Co. Bingle holds a BSE in Biomedical Engineering from Duke University.

Dana Green

Board Member

Ms. Green, 58, served as Senior Vice President and as a senior bank supervisor at the Federal Reserve Bank of New York for 32 years starting in 1991. From 2010 to early 2023, Ms. Green was in charge of supervising (in 5-year time periods) systemically important financial institutions with complex risk profiles. Ms. Green also supervised several complex institutions during times of stress. Important Federal Reserve Bank Committee assignments include serving on a subcommittee of supervisors for the Bank for International Settlement aimed at harmonizing cross jurisdictional safety and soundness approaches for emerging risks to foster financial stability. Ms. Green has also served on the Risk Committee and the Liquidity Committee for the Federal Reserve System.

John Hele

Mr. Hele is Chair of Resolution Re Limited, Bermuda and he has held several senior positions in the insurance industry throughout his career. Prior to his most recent role of President, Resolution Life Group Holdings, he served as Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President of MetLife, Inc. (NYSE: MET). Mr. Hele was also a Member of the Executive Board and Chief Financial Officer at ING Groep NV (AEX/NYSE: ING), and Chief Financial Officer, Treasurer and Executive Vice President for Arch Capital Group Ltd. Bermuda (NASDAQ: ACGL), and at Merrill Lynch & Co. in the investment banking, financial institutions group. Mr. Hele holds a Bachelor of Mathematics from University of Waterloo and is a Fellow of the Society of Actuaries, a Fellow of the Canadian Institute of Actuaries, and a Member of the American Academy of Actuaries.

Clara Liang

Ms. Liang is Business Lead at Stripe, responsible for the consumer experience across Stripe’s products. Prior to joining Stripe, she was Vice President and General Manager at Airbnb for nearly 6 years, and held a number of responsibilities including international & commercial operations, long term stays, luxury travel, and product management. Ms. Liang has also served as Chief Product Officer at Jive Software and spent 11 years at IBM in a number of technology and professional services roles. Ms. Liang holds a BS in Symbolic Systems from Stanford University and an MS in Technology Commercialization from UT Austin.

Harvey Schwartz

Harvey M. Schwartz is a business leader, investor and philanthropist. For the past 30+ years, Harvey’s professional focus has centered on tackling complex financial and business challenges, innovating and strengthening financial markets and developing leaders. Harvey retired from Goldman Sachs Group, Inc. following 20+ distinguished years at the company where he oversaw sales and trading, finance, technology and operations. He completed his tenure as the firm’s President and Co-Chief Operating Officer. He joined Goldman Sachs in 1997 and subsequently held numerous senior leadership positions including, Chief Financial Officer, Global Co-Head of the Securities Division, Head of Securities Division Sales, Head of North American Sales and Co-Head of the Americas Financing Group. He additionally served as a member of the firm’s Management Committee and co-headed its Risk Committee, Steering Committee on Regulatory Reform and Finance Committee. Harvey established the firm’s Investment Policy Committee on which he also served as a member. Prior to Goldman Sachs, Harvey spent a decade working at several other financial firms including at Citicorp from 1990 through 1997. As both an investor and advisor, he is currently involved in a range of investment and philanthropic endeavors focused on physical and mental health management and developing future business leaders, including women and young people seeking a career in finance. Among his efforts, Harvey founded and supports a pioneering program for students at his alma mater Rutgers University that provides them with real-life financial services experience through internships, professional networking opportunities and mentorship. Harvey earned BA from Rutgers University where he is member of the university’s Hall of Distinguished Alumni and a past member of the Rutgers University Foundation’s Board of Overseers. He received his MBA from Columbia University.

Magdalena Yeşil

Magdalena Yeşil is a founder, entrepreneur, and venture capitalist of many of the world’s top technology companies, including Salesforce, where she was the first investor and founding board member. She is a former general partner at U.S. Venture Partners, where she oversaw investments in more than thirty early-stage companies and served on the boards of many. A technology pioneer, Ms. Yeşil founded three of the first companies dedicated to commercializing Internet access, e-commerce infrastructure, and electronic payments. UUnet, CyberCash, and MarketPay earned her the Entrepreneur of the Year title from Red Herring in 1997. She is a founder of Broadway Angels, a group of female venture capitalists and angel investors. Ms. Yeşil is currently working on her fourth startup, DriveInformed, a technology company bringing trust and transparency to the auto finance industry. She holds a B.S. in Industrial Engineering and an M.S. in Electrical Engineering, both from Stanford University.
