Quiz: What Does Your Personality Say About Your Earning Potential?
If you think your degree and skill level are the only things that determine your earning potential, think again. Your personality traits can have a huge impact on your career and the size of your paycheck. Understanding what drives you (and why) is step one in capturing your strengths and weaknesses and, in turn, helping yourself to succeed.
At some point in your career, your employer might have asked you to take one of two personal tests: the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MTI) or the Keirsey Temperament Sorter (KTS-II). You even might have taken both, because when higher ups understand your personality, they can place you where you’ll be most effective, not only for the company, but also in reaching your own goals.
