†The following describes the terms that apply to participation in The Fresh Market and SoFi at Work Emergency Savings Pilot program (“Program”) offered by SoFi Bank, N.A, Member FDIC (“SoFi”).
Eligible Participants: The Fresh Market Employees who are invited to participate (“Participant”) in The Fresh Market and SoFi at Work Emergency Savings Pilot. This offer is only available to The Fresh Market employees who have received marketing communications directly from The Fresh Market or SoFi at Work which reference this Program.
Program Period: The Program will be available from 1/1/24 through 4/20/24 at 11:59 ET.
Bonus Terms: To qualify for a bonus, Participants must complete one or more of the Eligible Actions during the Program Period. Each Eligible Action qualifies the Participant for a one-time $25 cash bonus, not to exceed $75 total during the Program.
Eligible Actions: To be eligible for the cash bonus, Participants can: Qualifying Direct Deposit: Connect a Qualifying Direct Deposit to their SoFi Checking and Savings account. Qualifying Direct Deposits are deposits to an account holder’s SoFi Checking or Savings account, including payroll, pension, or government payments (e.g., Social Security), made by the account holder’s employer, payroll or benefits provider or other outside agency via the Automated Clearing House (“ACH”) Network. There is not a required minimum Qualifying Direct Deposit amount. Deposits that are not from an employer or outside agency, including but not limited to check deposits, peer-to-peer transfers (e.g., transfers from PayPal, Venmo, etc.), merchant transactions (e.g., transactions from PayPal, Stripe, Square, etc.), and bank ACH funds transfers from external accounts, do not constitute Qualifying Direct Deposits..
Savings Streak: Make three Qualifying Direct Deposits within the Program Period; they do not need to be consecutive pay periods.
Savings Goal: Reach a $100 balance in their SoFi Checking and Savings account.

Bonus Payment: SoFi will credit a Participant that completes Eligible Actions by depositing the cash bonus amount into the Participant’s SoFi Checking and Savings account. Please allow 4-6 weeks for delivery. If you have not received your cash bonus within six (6) weeks after completing the Eligible Action, please email [email protected] with your full name and company name included.
Bonuses are considered miscellaneous income and may be reportable to the IRS on Form 1099-MISC (or Form 1042-S, if applicable). SoFi reserves the right to exclude any Members from participating in the Program for any reason, including suspected fraud, misuse, or if suspicious activities are observed. SoFi also reserves the right to stop or change the Program at any time.
SoFi and its affiliates have an obligation to meet its tax reporting requirements. Per applicable law, bonus amounts of $600 or greater in a single calendar year will be reported to the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) as other income to the recipient on Form 1099-MISC in the year received. The tax reporting threshold of $600 or greater is applied on a consolidated basis across all products. The Participant is responsible for any applicable federal, state, or local taxes associated with receiving the bonus offer. Consult your tax advisor to determine applicable tax consequences. SoFi reserves the right to change or terminate the offer at any time without notice.
