^* The following describes the terms that apply to participation in the SoFi Checking and Savings DoorDash Cash Back Promotional Program (“Program”) offered by SoFi Securities LLC (“SoFi”). SoFi Checking and Savings Members who wish to participate in the Program are required to opt-in by adding their SoFi Checking and Savings debit card number to their DoorDash account and use it to pay for food deliveries ordered through the DoorDash website or app. Promotion Period: The Promotion will be available for a three-month term between 3/23/2020 at 12AM PT and 6/30/2020 at 11:59PM PT. Eligible Participants: A SoFi Member with a SoFi Checking and Savings account funded with at least $50, who resides within the United States and is also a user of DoorDash. Eligible Transactions: Only DoorDash order transactions, using a SoFi Checking and Savings debit card, posted during the Promotion Period are eligible for cash back under the terms of the Program. DashPass subscription transactions are excluded. Cash Back Terms: For each eligible transaction posted during the Promotion Period, Members will receive a credit to their SoFi Checking and Savings Card equal to 20% of the transaction charges to their SoFi Checking and Savings debit card (“Cash Back”). Only DoorDash order transactions are eligible for Cash Back under the Program. DashPass subscription transactions are excluded. Cash Back earned will in each case be rounded up to the nearest cent. SoFi will offer Eligible Participants 20% cash back on all DoorDash transactions posted on SoFi Checking and Savings debit cards, up to the applicable cap on each Eligible Participant’s aggregate order amount as follows: New SoFi Checking and Savings Members = $500 (with a maximum cap on cashback bonus of $100). Current SoFi Checking and Savings Members = $200 (with a maximum cap on cashback bonus of $40). Cash Back credits can be delayed by up to 14 business days. SoFi is not liable for payment delays caused by DoorDash or any third- party vendors. SoFi reserves the right to exclude any Members from participating in the Program for any reason, including suspected fraud, misuse, or if suspicious activities are observed. SoFi also reserves the right to stop or make changes to the Program at any time.
