Vanguard S&P 500 Growth ETF (VOOG)
About Vanguard S&P 500 Growth ETF (VOOG)
The Fund employs an indexing investment approach designed to track the performance of the S&P 500 Growth Index, which represents the growth companies, as determined by the index provider, of the S&P 500 Index. The Index measures the performance of large-capitalization growth companies in the United States. The Fund attempts to replicate the target index by investing all, or substantially all, of its assets in the stocks that make up the Index, holding each stock in approximately the same proportion as its weighting in the Index. The Fund may become non-diversified, as defined under the Investment Company Act of 1940, solely as a result of a change in relative market capitalization or index weighting of one or more constituents of the Index.
