About ProShares Ultra MSCI Brazil Capped (UBR)

The Fund invests in financial instruments that ProShare Advisors believes, in combination, should produce daily returns consistent with the Daily Target. The Index is designed to measure the performance of the large and mid-cap segments of the Brazilian market. The Index seeks to include 85 percent of the market capitalization in Brazil and selects companies based on their market capitalization and liquidity. These companies are then weighted based on market capitalization, except that no company is allowed to constitute more than 22.5 percent of the Index and companies that have a weight above 4.5 percent are not collectively allowed to constitute more than 45 percent of the Index. The Indexs composition and assigned weights are reevaluated annually in August with additional weight adjustments occurring in February, May, and November.
