About ProShares Russell US Dividend Growers ETF (TMDV)
The Fund invests in financial instruments that ProShare Advisors believes, in combination, should track the performance of the Index. The Index is designed to measure the performance of companies in the Russell 3000 Index that have consistently increased dividends each year for at least the last 35 years. The Russell 3000 Index is designed to measure the performance of the largest 3,000 U.S. companies. The Funds Index selects at least 40 companies. These companies are equally weighted in the Index, except that no sector is allowed to be more than 30 percent of the Index. The Indexs composition is reevaluated annually in June and the weightings are reset to equal weight each quarter in March, June, September, and December. The Index is constructed and maintained by FTSE International Limited.
