The Fund invests in financial instruments that ProShare Advisors believes, in combination, should track the performance of the Index. The Index, constructed and maintained by FTSE International Limited, targets companies that are currently members of the Russell 2000 Index, have increased dividend payments each year for at least 10 consecutive years and meet certain market capitalization and liquidity requirements.
