About VanEck Retail ETF (RTH)

The Fund normally invests at least 80 percent of its total assets in securities that comprise the Funds benchmark index. To be initially eligible for the Retail Index, companies must generate at least 50 percent of their revenues from retail. Retail includes companies engaged primarily in retail distribution; wholesalers; online, direct mail and TV retailers; multi-line retailers; specialty retailers, such as apparel, automotive, computer and electronics, drug, home improvement and home furnishing retailers; and food and other staples retailers. Of the largest 50 stocks in the retail industry by full market capitalization, the top 25 by free-float market capitalization (i.e., includes only shares that are readily available for trading in the market) and three month average daily trading volume are included in the Retail Index.
