About iShares Trust iShares Mortgage Real Estate ETF (REM)

The Fund seeks to track the investment results of the S&P North American Natural Resources Sector Index (the Underlying Index), which measures the performance of U.S.-traded stocks of natural resource-related companies in the U.S. and Canada, as determined by S&P Dow Jones Indices LLC (the Index Provider or SPDJI). The Underlying Index includes companies that are classified under the GICS energy and materials sectors, excluding the chemicals industry, and steel sub-industry. The Underlying Index includes large-, mid- and small-capitalization companies and may change over time. As of March 31, 2024, a significant portion of the Underlying Index is represented by securities of companies in the energy, materials and natural resources industries or sectors. The components of the Underlying Index are likely to change over time.
