About ProShares S&P 500 Dividend Aristocrats ETF (NOBL)

The Fund invests in financial instruments that ProShare Advisors believes, in combination, should track the performance of the Index. The Index is designed to measure the performance of companies in the S&P 500 Index that have consistently increased dividends each year for at least 25 years. The S&P 500 Index is designed to measure the performance of the 500 largest companies listed and domiciled in the U.S. The Funds Index selects a minimum of 40 companies that have increased their dividends every year for at least 25 years. These companies are equally weighted in the Index, and no single sector is allowed to comprise more than 30% of the Index weight. If there are fewer than 40 companies with at least 25 consecutive years of dividend growth or if sector limits are breached, the Index will include companies with shorter dividend growth histories. The Indexs composition is reevaluated annually in January and the weightings are reset to equal weight each quarter in January, April, July and October.
