About Nuveen California AMT-Free Quality Municipal Income Fund (NKX)

Nuveen California AMT-Free Quality Municipal Income Fund is a diversified, closed-end management investment company. Its objectives are to provide current income exempt from regular federal income tax and the alternative minimum tax applicable to individuals and to enhance portfolio value relative to the municipal bond market. The Fund invests at least 80% of its managed assets in municipal securities and other related investments, the income from which is exempt from regular federal and California income taxes and up to 20% of its managed assets in municipal securities that at the time of investment are rated below investment grade or are unrated but judged to be of comparable quality by Nuveen Asset Management. The company was founded on November 21, 2002 and is headquartered in Chicago, IL.
