About iShares U.S. Oil Equipment & Services ETF (IEZ)
The Fund seeks to track the investment results of the Dow Jones U.S. Select Oil Equipment & Services Index (the Underlying Index), which measures the performance of the oil equipment and services sector of the U.S. equity market, as defined by S&P Dow Jones Indices LLC (the Index Provider or SPDJI). The Underlying Index includes companies that are suppliers of equipment or services to oil fields and offshore platforms, such as drilling, exploration, seismic information services and platform construction. The Underlying Index may include large-, mid- or small-capitalization companies. As of March 31, 2024, a significant portion of the Underlying Index is represented by securities of companies in the energy industry or sector. The components of the Underlying Index are likely to change over time.
