The Soda and Sulfur Services segment deals with trona and trona-based exploring, mining, processing, soda ash production, marketing, logistics and selling activities, as well as the processing of high sulfur gas streams for refineries. The Marine Transportation segment provides waterborne transportation of petroleum products and crude oil. The Onshore Facilities and Transportation segment includes terminaling, blending, storing, marketing, and transporting crude oil and petroleum products. The company was founded in 1996 and is headquartered in Houston, TX.
