About WisdomTree Emerging Markets Corporate Bond Fund (EMCB)
The Fund is an actively managed exchange traded fund (ETF) that seeks to achieve its investment objective through investment in debt securities issued by corporate entities (Corporate Debt) that are domiciled in, or economically tied to, emerging market countries. The issuers of such Corporate Debt will include public, private, and state-owned or sponsored corporations. Under normal circumstances, the Fund will invest at least 80 percent of its net assets, plus the amount of any borrowings for investment purposes, in Corporate Debt. For these purposes, Corporate Debt includes fixed income securities, such as bonds, notes, money market securities and other debt obligations (such as loan participation notes) of emerging market issuers.
