About BlackRock ESG Capital Allocation Trust of Beneficial Interest (ECAT)

The Trust invests in a portfolio of equity and debt securities. Generally, the Trusts portfolio will include both equity and debt securities. At any given time, however, the Trust may emphasize either debt securities or equity securities. The Trust will invest at least 80% of its total assets in securities that, in the Advisors assessment, meet the environmental, social and governance (ESG) criteria as described in the Trusts prospectus and shareholder reports.
