The Fund generally will invest at least 80% of its total assets in thesecurities that comprise the Underlying Index.Strictly in accordance with its guidelines and mandated procedures,GKD Index Partners, LLC d/b/a Alerian (the Index Provider or Alerian)compiles, maintains and calculates the Underlying Index, which iscomprised of two different components, stocks of companies that arematerially engaged in the development of blockchain technology,cryptocurrency mining, cryptocurrency buying, or enabling technologies (theEquity Component) and exchange-traded products (ETPs) andprivate investment trusts traded over-the-counter that are linked tocryptocurrencies (the ETP and Trust Component).
