About iShares MSCI BIC ETF (BKF)

The Fund seeks to track the investment results of the MSCI BIC Index (the Underlying Index), which is a free float-adjusted market capitalization index that is designed to measure the combined equity market performance in Brazil, India and China (BIC). The Underlying Index primarily consists of stocks traded on B3 (the largest Brazilian exchange), National Stock Exchange of India, Shanghai Stock Exchange, Shenzhen Stock Exchange and the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong. The Underlying Index includes large- and mid-capitalization companies and may change over time. As of August 31, 2023, the Underlying Index consists of approximately 917 constituents, and a significant portion of the Underlying Index is represented by securities of companies in the consumer discretionary and financials industries or sectors. The components of the Underlying Index are likely to change over time.
