The SoFi Web 3 ETF seeks to track the performance, before fees and expenses, of the SoFi Solactive ARTIS® Web 3.0 Index. The Index’s initial investable universe consists of equity securities listed on securities exchanges in the U.S., developed markets, and South Korea. The Index includes equity securities of companies (each, a “Web 3.0 Company”) with products or services in one of the following four thematic categories Big Data & Artificial Intelligence; Blockchain Technology; Metaverse; and NFT & Tokenization
