The SoFi Smart Energy ETF (ENRG) seeks to track the performance, before fees and expenses, of the iClima Distributed Renewable Energy Index. SoFi’s Smart Energy ETF will invest all, or substantially all, of its assets in the component securities that make up the Index. The Index is comprised of equity securities of publicly traded, large-, mid-, and small-cap U.S. and non U.S. companies in developed and emerging markets that are Distributed Energy Companies as defined by the Index.
